Shipping
- Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on your location but generally takes 4–5 working days.
- Shipping timelines may vary during natural events, festivals, or unforeseen logistical issues. If your order is urgent, please contact us for expedited shipping, if available.
- Tracking ID will be available under ‘My Orders’ within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Shipping Charges
- Orders ≤ ₹850 (prepaid) → ₹100 shipping fee.
- Orders ≤ ₹850 (COD) → ₹200 (₹100 shipping + ₹100 COD handling fee).
- Orders > ₹850 (prepaid) → Free shipping.
- Orders > ₹850 (COD) → ₹100 COD handling fee.
Returns & Refunds
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only if:
- Request is raised within 2 days of delivery (“Return Window”).
- One of the following applies (“Defective Delivery”):
a) Product is damaged
b) Product is missing
c) Empty box delivered
d) Duplicate product delivered
e) Used product delivered
f) Wrong product delivered
g) Expired product delivered
2. Return Conditions
- Gift items received as part of a promotion must also be returned.
- Combo packs must be returned in full (not partially).
- Return will not be accepted if:
- Product is used/altered.
- Original packaging (tags, labels, box, freebies) is missing or damaged.
- Barcode/serial number is tampered.
- Return request is raised after the Return Window.
3. Special Campaigns
During mega sales or promotions, special return/refund rules may apply (visible on the campaign banner).
4. Verification & Proof
- All shipments are tamper-proof sealed. Do not accept packages with a broken seal.
- For claims, you must share a complete unboxing video showing the defect/missing item. Claims without video proof will be void.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after we receive and verify the returned product(s).
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- COD refunds are processed to your bank account only (no cash refunds).
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank/financial provider.
